DMCA Policy

We respect the intellectual-property rights of others and expect the readers of career.brnanews.com to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how to notify us if you believe that material on career.brnanews.com infringes your copyright, and how we will respond.

1. Our Position on Copyright

All original articles, guides, tables and layout templates published on career.brnanews.com are the copyright of Softist Services Private Limited unless expressly credited to another author. Featured images are sourced from freely-licensed collections such as Wikimedia Commons and are credited beneath each image with the licence under which they are reused. If you spot a credit that looks wrong, please tell us and we will fix it.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

4. What Happens After You Send a Notice

On receipt of a valid DMCA notice we will (a) acknowledge your notice within one working day, (b) remove or disable access to the material claimed to be infringing as soon as reasonably practicable, and (c) make a good-faith attempt to notify the affected content contributor, if any, that we have taken action based on your notice. We may keep an archived copy of the removed material to comply with legal record-keeping obligations.

5. Counter-Notice

If material of yours has been removed from career.brnanews.com as a result of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was in error or that you have permission to use the material, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@brnanews.com containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the URL where it originally appeared.

  4. Your name, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India (or, if you are outside India, of the district in which your address is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.

6. Repeat Infringers

career.brnanews.com will terminate the access of any contributor or account holder found to be a repeat infringer, at our sole discretion and in line with applicable law.

7. False Notices

Please note that knowingly submitting a materially false DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages under U.S. copyright law and applicable Indian law.
